PRICING POLICY

SARWIN HR SOLUTIONS

This Pricing Policy ("Policy") governs and regulates all pricing structures, subscription plans, and recruitment service charges offered by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency") to employers, companies, organizations, or entities ("Client"). By accessing or purchasing any service, the Client agrees to be legally bound by the terms set forth herein.


1. PLATFORM-BASED PRICING PLANS

The Agency offers subscription-based pricing plans for employers to access its recruitment platform. These plans are structured based on duration, job posting limits, and feature accessibility.

a) 1 Month Plan
Validity: 30 days. Limited job postings (as per plan details). Job visibility within selected city. Access to candidate applications and responses. Standard support services.

b) 6 Months Plan
Validity: 180 days. Increased job posting capacity. Enhanced visibility and priority access to candidates. Access to candidates from multiple locations. Improved support and hiring tools.

c) 1 Year Plan
Validity: 365 days. Unlimited job postings. Unlimited candidate access. High visibility and priority listing. Dedicated support services. All plan features, pricing, and inclusions are as displayed on the official pricing page of the platform and may be updated periodically.


2. PRICING BASIS AND USAGE

The subscription charges are based on access to the recruitment platform, job posting visibility duration, candidate response management, and platform tools and hiring features. The Client acknowledges that fees are charged for platform usage and service access, and not for guaranteed hiring outcomes.


3. CUSTOM HIRING / RECRUITMENT SERVICES

In addition to platform-based plans, the Agency provides custom hiring and end-to-end recruitment solutions. For such services, the Client agrees to pay a professional fee equivalent to Fifteen Percent (15%) of the Annual Cost to Company (CTC) offered to and accepted by the selected candidate. This fee is applicable per candidate hired. The fee becomes payable upon candidate joining. This service may include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.


4. PAYMENT TERMS

All subscription plans must be paid in advance before activation. Custom hiring fees must be paid within 24 hours of candidate joining. Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.


5. PLAN VALIDITY AND LIMITATIONS

Each plan is valid only for the specified duration. Job postings are restricted as per plan limits (except unlimited plans). Hiring is primarily limited to one city per job post, but candidate reach may extend to other cities. Unused benefits within the plan period will not be carried forward.


6. NON-NEGOTIABLE PRICING

All pricing listed on the platform is standard and non-negotiable unless explicitly agreed in writing for bulk hiring or enterprise-level requirements.


7. TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Client agrees to bear any additional statutory taxes, levies, or government charges.


8. MODIFICATION OF PRICING

The Agency reserves the right to revise, update, or modify pricing plans, features, and service charges at any time without prior notice. Updated pricing shall apply to all new purchases and renewals.


9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing any plan or engaging in custom hiring services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Pricing Policy in full.


10. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
