SARWIN HR SOLUTIONS
This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Terms") governs and regulates the access, use, and engagement of services provided by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency"). This business is owned and operated by Mr. Saivenkatesh S. By accessing, registering, or using the platform, the Client agrees to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Agency refers to Sarwin HR Solutions. Client refers to any employer or organization using the platform. Platform refers to the website, dashboard, and services offered for recruitment. Candidate refers to job seekers applying through the platform.
The Client represents and warrants that they are legally authorized to operate a business and enter into binding agreements. The Client shall provide accurate and complete information during registration and usage.
The Agency provides: job posting and recruitment platform access, candidate sourcing and application management, and optional custom hiring and end-to-end recruitment services. The Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities conducted under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
The Client agrees that all job postings must be genuine, lawful, and non-misleading. No fraudulent, illegal, or discriminatory content shall be posted. The Agency reserves the right to remove or reject any job post without prior notice.
All platform plans must be paid in advance. Custom hiring services are charged at 15% of the candidate's Annual CTC. Payments must be completed within the specified timeline. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
All payments made for subscription plans and services are strictly non-refundable, as detailed in the Refund Policy.
The Agency provides access to candidates and recruitment tools but does not guarantee candidate selection, interview success, or hiring completion. All hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of the Client.
Candidate data is based on self-declared information. The Agency performs only basic screening and does not guarantee accuracy. Final verification and background checks are the Client's responsibility.
All platform content, design, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of the Agency. The Client shall not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without prior written permission.
The Client agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information and shall not share, distribute, or misuse such data for purposes outside recruitment.
The Client shall not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities, share candidate data with third parties without consent, attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform, or misrepresent job opportunities or company details. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
The Agency shall not be held liable for candidate performance, conduct, or retention; any direct or indirect losses arising from hiring decisions; or platform downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions.
The Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time due to violation of Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services. No refund shall be issued in such cases.
The platform may include integrations or links to third-party services. The Agency is not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of such third parties.
The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
By using the platform, purchasing plans, or engaging services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
