PRICING POLICY

SARWIN HR SOLUTIONS – JOB SEEKERS

This Pricing Policy ("Policy") governs and regulates the membership plans, service charges, and access to recruitment services provided by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency") to job seekers ("Candidate"). By registering, subscribing, or using the platform, the Candidate agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.

1. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

a) Free Basic Access

• Candidates can apply to up to 5 job postings free of cost
• Limited access to platform features
• Standard application process without priority

b) Premium Membership

• Membership Fee: ₹399 (One-Time Payment)
• Validity: 1 Year from activation date
• Apply to multiple/unlimited job postings
• Priority application access to employers
• Increased visibility of candidate profile
• Access to full platform features and recruitment support

2. PRICING BASIS

The membership fee is charged for:

• Access to the job portal
• Job application capabilities
• Profile visibility and priority access
• Recruitment support services

The Candidate acknowledges that the fee is charged for platform usage and service access, not for guaranteed job placement.

3. PLAN ACTIVATION

Membership benefits will be activated only after successful payment. The validity period shall begin from the date of activation and will expire automatically after one year.

4. PLAN LIMITATIONS

• Free users are restricted to 5 job applications
• Premium membership benefits are valid only during the active period
• Unused benefits will not be carried forward after expiry

5. MODIFICATION OF PRICING

The Agency reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or membership structure at any time without prior notice. Updated pricing shall apply to future registrations.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing the Premium Membership or using free services, the Candidate confirms acceptance of this Pricing Policy in full.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
