REFUND POLICY

SARWIN HR SOLUTIONS – JOB SEEKERS

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made by job seekers ("Candidate") for services provided by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency"). By making payment, the Candidate agrees to be bound by this Policy.


1. NO REFUND POLICY DECLARATION

All payments made towards Premium Membership (₹399) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.


2. NATURE OF SERVICE

The membership fee is charged for:

The fee is not charged for job placement or guaranteed employment.


3. NO GUARANTEE OF JOB PLACEMENT

The Agency does not guarantee:

Failure to secure a job shall not be considered a valid reason for refund.


4. MEMBERSHIP USAGE

Non-usage, partial usage, or dissatisfaction during the membership period does not qualify for refund, cancellation, or adjustment.


5. PAYMENT ERRORS

In case of duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, the Candidate must report within 24 hours with proof. The Agency may review and resolve such cases at its discretion.


6. POLICY MODIFICATION

The Agency reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.


7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making payment, the Candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.


8. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
